FCPS has created this Technology Support Page with videos, guides and frequently asked questions.

Still need help?  

1.  Students can visit the tech office (R002) during 3rd period, from 7:45-8:10 (before 1st/2nd period) or from 2:55-3:15 (after 7th/8th period).   Other times, please ask your teacher to contact the tech team OR submit a ticket

2.  Call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).  This will be answered by staff members between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Please specify if you need an interpreter when you call. 

3.  Parents and Students may submit a request online and you will be contacted via email with directions to resolve your issue.
