Attendance at a Parking Meeting is mandatory before hang-tags will be issued. At this meeting, Security Staff will verify documents, review school parking regulations, collect money, and distribute hang-tags. Students with unpaid school obligations will not be issued a hang-tag until outstanding obligations are fulfilled. Meetings will start on time. Students not checked in by the posted time or start of the meeting will have to attend at another time.

 

The 2019-2020 parking meeting schedule is as follows:

• August 21, 2019 - 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the LIBRARY (2 hours)
  • Applications must be turned in by 12 PM (noon) August 19, 2019
• August 23, 2019 - 12:00 PM (noon) in the LECTURE HALL (2 hours)
  •  Applications must be turned in by 12:00 PM (noon) August 21, 2019
• September 9th and 23rd, 2019 - 3:20 PM in the F102 (1 to 1.5 hours)
  • Applications must be turned in by 12 PM (noon) September 6th & 20th, 2019
• October 2019-May 2020 - 3:20 PM, 1^st & 3^rd Mondays of the month in F102 (45 to 60 minutes)*
  • Applications must be turned in by 12:00 PM (noon) the Friday before the meeting

*Meetings falling on a student holiday will default to the next regularly scheduled meeting, however for your convenience the following supplemental meetings have been scheduled in F102 at 3:20 PM (45 to 60 minutes).

• November 11, 2019
  • Applications must be turned in by 12:00 PM (noon) November 8th, 2019
• February 24, 2020
  • Applications must be turned in by 12:00 PM (noon) February 21st, 2019
• March 30, 2020
  • Applications must be turned in by 12:00 PM (noon) March 27th, 2019

The following must be brought to the meeting:

• Valid driver's license (hard copy w/ picture) OR driver’s permit (hard copy w/ picture) AND supporting documentation.
• Parking fee- Check/money order made out to Westfield High School with student name and ID number in the memo OR exact cash. Change will not be available. 
   

The Fairfax County School Board has set the following parking fees for the current school year and are prorated as outlined:

• 1^st Quarter - $200
• 2^nd Quarter - $150
• 3^rd Quarter - $100
• 4^th Quarter - $50
• Upon verification, students receiving free/reduced lunch, are eligible for a hang tag at a reduced rate. Please email your request for verification to Safety and Security Specialist, Mr. Mahan. the Friday before the meeting you plan on attending. Eligibility cannot be verified at the meeting and will result in delays.
