Congratulations Class of 2020! We are so excited to honor and celebrate you next week when we give your diplomas and you have an opportunity to walk across the stage to hear your name called, turn your tassel and take your WHS graduate picture & a photo with your family! We ask you please follow the published schedule below and if you haven't done so already, please indicate your participation with this google form.

WHS Class of 2020 Photo Day Reminders!

  • After picking up their diplomas at Door 11, graduates and their families will drive to the front of the school bus parking area and be directed to park in a bus bay.
  • Graduates and families will complete required checks and paperwork at their car.
  • Please follow the direction of school staff and officials once you reach this point!
  • Students and families will exit their car upon direction of school staff. 
  • They will be staged in one of our three waiting areas along the benches outside of Door 14. 
  • When the graduate/family reach the final staging area, the graduate will hand their name template to their counselor or administrator. 
  • Their name will be called and the graduate will walk on the stage and turn their tassel.
  • After individual photos are taken of the graduate, the graduate and their family will be escorted to Door 1, where family photos will be taken. 
  • All photography services will be provided FREE of charge, to include downloading of photos.
    • Photos will be uploaded on this website each night.
    • Printing and optional retouching will be available via the website.
    • Pictures will not extend beneath your gown (so you can wear whatever shoes you want!)
    • Start thinking about what your “good side” is for your individual picture
    • A sample pose is provided below
    • Bring a handheld mirror or use your phone to check your hair, cap, etc.
    • Photographers will not be able to adjust caps, tassels, hold diplomas, etc. (they’ll be ≥ 6 ft away!)
    • There will be limited poses to ensure we can take pictures of all Graduates and their families
      • Pose #1: Graduate with their cap, gown, and diploma
      • Pose #2:  Graduate with their family
    • If your party is ≥ 8, start thinking about who will be in the front and back row.
