• November 14, 2023 – Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Test – entrance exam for students considering the military after high school. Students can sign up here - https://forms.gle/68PWgLpjbq7YFDZK7.

Senior Dues

• Senior Dues are $100 this year. 
• Please pay them in MySchoolBucks. 
• If you cannot for some reason, you can bring cash or check to Subschool 1. 
• Checks should be made out to Westfield High School. 
• Senior Dues should be paid prior to the end of the 1st semester. (End of January) 
• Senior Dues cover the student’s cap/gown, tassel, diploma and diploma cover, seals, service tassel, senior breakfast and lunch for rehearsals, graduation day of expenses, and class gift. 

Cap and Gown

• It is time to place your Cap and Gown order. 
• Order form

1. Click on the link above
2. Click View
3. Enter your height and weight and select the color as Black.
4. Click "Next" when you get to the tassel page (this will ensure you have a normal tassel) unless you want to pay for a specialized tassel. 
5. Click Next
6. Click No Thanks for Apparel (unless you want to order something and pay for it)
7. Click No Thanks on Announcements (Unless you want to order something and pay for it) 
8. Click Add to Cart
9. Type in your First and Last Name
10. Then click Check Out 

Senior Yearbook Portraits 

• Victor O’Neill Studios, your school’s official school photographer, are excited to see you
• on the following date(s) for your senior portraits at Westfield in the Lecture Hall:
• December 6 & 7, 2023 for Senior Formal Yearbook Portraits Session D
• This session is ONLY for students who have NOT been photographed yet; no retakes will be offered at this session.
• ***Don’t miss this opportunity to be photographed for the yearbook. There is no charge to have photos taken for the yearbook**
• Yes, we have school on both of these days, but Mr. DiBari is graciously allowing you to miss class to have your senior portrait taken. (Be sure to tell him thank you!)
• The attire for the school’s yearbook pose will be in the traditional tuxedos and drapes.
• We will provide the tuxedo and drapes. If you’d like to be photographed in the tuxedos, make sure you wear/bring a plan white t-shirt. If you’d like to be photographed in the drape, make sure you wear/bring a spaghetti strap top. In addition to the yearbook session, we also offer sessions that include casual/personality portraits and cap and gown portraits. • Once you make an account, choose which package you’d like (deluxe, standard, yearbook only, or retakes) and hit the blue button that says Filter Slots. It will say “All slots for this day are full” because you need to change the date to either Dec 6 or 7 (you can do this by hitting the right arrow or using the pull down menu at the calendar icon.)

Chipotle Fundraising Night

• Mark your calendars for Wednesday December 6th as a Chipotle night! 4:00-8:00 pm
• 14383 Newbrook Dr. Ste 100, Chantilly, VA 20151 (Wegmans shopping center off 28)
• Proceeds go to the Class of 2024, money raised will help lower the cost of Prom tickets!
• Show the cashier a digital or printed flier prior to paying (will also be posted on Schoology)
• Order online and pickup Chipotle for your fundraiser by using the Promo Code R73LVDN on the Chipotle app or website. 

*Please note that fundraiser online ordering is only valid through pickup during your fundraiser’s scheduled date, time, and assigned restaurant. Ordering delivery for fundraisers is not permitted at this time.
