Important Dates:

SENIOR DUES are DUE! - The deadline for dues has passed.  Please pay on MySchoolBucks under “Class of 2025” or bring cash or check to Sub School 4.  More information below.  

March 3, 2025 | Finish Strong - Seniors can pick up applications in any Sub School. Applications are DUE March 3, 2025! More information below.

Feb 17- 19, 2025 | Fundraiser at Paisano’s in Chantilly (Airline Pkwy off Route 50) - Visit Paisano’s ANY time on these days and mention Westfield when ordering! Please help spread the word - 20% of sales will be donated back to Class of 2025!

February 24, 2025 | 100 Days Until Graduation Meeting  - The 100 Days Until Graduation Meeting is scheduled on February 24, 2025 at 7pm in the Cafeteria. We will go over Senior end-of-year information, Finish Strong, Graduation and more! There will be a snow date scheduled if needed.

February 25, 2025 | Chick-Fil-A Spirit Night 4-8pm!   Please come dine at Chick-Fil-A in Chantilly at the Dulles Expo Center to help support the Senior Class! 

 

Senior Dues

  • Deadline has passed!
  • All Seniors are required to pay $100 Senior Dues
  • Senior Dues cover expenses related to graduation for ALL students!
  • Failure to pay these dues could result in delays for your student’s graduation materials
  • Please pay them in MySchoolBucks - under “Class 2025 Senior Dues”
  • You can also bring cash or check to Subschool 4 
  • Checks should be made payable to Westfield High School

 

Finish Strong

  • Westfield is offering the Finish Strong program to qualifying Seniors this Spring. Finish Strong is a senior program that allows students to do an internship, job shadowing opportunity, community service or a service learning project. 
  • Applications are available for students to pick up NOW in any Sub School
  • Applications are due on March 3, 2025 (earlier is better!)
  • Finish Strong will start May 12, 2025 and run through May 28, 2025
  • Students will be presenting their experience on May 29, 2025
  • More information will be provided at the parent “100 Days Until Graduation” Meeting

My School Bucks

  • We have a NEW DONATION LINK HERE to help raise money for Class 2025 Senior activities - Prom, Senior breakfast & Senior BBQ to name a few.
  • ANYONE can donate, even without a MSB account, simply check out as a “GUEST”
  • All donations go directly back to our Class!
  • Coming soon: We will be offering discounted Senior Merch bundles in MySchoolBucks or payment by cash/check in Room C216 (Mrs. Bendorf). 

Prom!

Our Class of 2025 Senior Prom date is set for Saturday May 3, 2025

  • Location: Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum! 
  • Pictures in front of the Blackbird; Dancing under the Space Shuttle Discovery; Going on a VR “Spacewalk”... this is Prom 2025!  A night to remember!
  • All Seniors are encouraged to submit a theme for this year’s Prom. Submissions will close Feb 14. Please submit your idea to the Google Form HERE
  • Students will vote on this year’s theme the week of Feb 24-28 and the winning submission will be announced in early March. WINNER will receive a FREE ticket to Prom 2025!
  • We are looking for opportunities to fundraise for this night, especially for businesses who may want to make a financial contribution ! The more money we raise, the less expensive the tickets!

Graduation!

  • Mark your calendars for GRADUATION on Monday June 9, 2025!
  • Graduation will be at George Mason University’s Eagle Bank Arena starting at 9:30am.
  • More details to come regarding this wonderful celebration!
  • There are NO TICKETS required to attend the event!

  • As we approach the exciting milestone of graduation, we want to celebrate the journey of the Class of 2025 with a special graduation slideshow! 
  • This is your chance to showcase your favorite memories of your student—whether it’s from their first day of school, sports events, family gatherings, or any special moments throughout the years. We can’t wait to look back on these wonderful moments together as we celebrate our seniors’ accomplishments and the amazing journey they’ve had with your support!

Volunteers & Donations for Class of 2025 Senior Activities

  • Have any unused gift cards that you’d like to donate to the Class of 2025? Please email  Karen Bendorf or drop them off in the Main Office. 
  • Seniors who have paid their dues are eligible for random drawings during Senior celebration days - the more gift cards we have to offer, the more Seniors will win a prize!
  • We will continue Senior Celebrations in 2025 on Feb 25th, March 25th and April 25th
  • We are looking for 1-2 parent volunteers to help pass out free stuff to our Seniors during lunch on those dates (11:15am - 1:15pm). Please email @email if you are available! Any and all help is appreciated!

  • Mark your calendars for upcoming Fundraising nights and consider taking a night off from cooking and eating out! This is a great opportunity for our class to earn $ for our Seniors! Help spread the word!

  • Signs will be available for pick up and for sale at the 100 Days Until Graduation Meeting
  • There are less than 50 Yard Signs left so please order soon! 
  • Payment and pick up instructions will be sent after ordering.
