Wednesday, February 1st was National Signing Day.  On this day all across the United States, high school athletes announce their plans for higher education and sign their letters of intent.  Seven Westfield High School Football players participated in National Signing Day, revealing what institution they will be attending and playing football for next year:

• Brian Delaney, Kicker/Punter- University of Virginia
• Sean Eckert, Wide Receiver- United States Military Academy (West Point)
• Joey Free, Defensive Back- University of Sioux Falls
• Ivory Frimpong, Wide Receiver- University of Rhode Island
• Zach Jewell, Defensive End- Georgetown University
• Rehman Johnson, Quarterback- University of Sioux Falls
• Edward Quitugua, Offensive Lineman- Clarion University
