It's important to stay healthy and active while home

Hi Bulldogs!  We are thinking of you all and missing you during this difficult time.  We need to stay strong both mentally and physically.  Try to eat healthy foods (avoids processed foods), get your sleep (7-9 hours every night), get outside for the sunshine and fresh air and most importantly, STAY ACTIVE!  Go for a walk, run, dance and just play like you are in elementary school again.  If you don’t know what to do, here is a calendar of activities for you and your family to use to stay active during this time at home. Be Safe. Be Smart. Keep your distances.  Be strong.  You got to BELIEVE.  It will get better!
