The WHS Science Olympiad Team had a strong showing at the regional competition on February 12th at Lake Braddock Secondary School.  They finished 8th out of 15 schools participating, qualifying for the state competition next month.  That competition will be held at UVA on Saturday, March 25th.

Several individuals placed high in the individual teams competitions.  Caden Sherman -Shrank and Anthony Repetti placed 4th out of 37 teams in the Forensics category, while Varna Nadella and Susmita Manam placed 4th out of 37 teams in the Electric Vehicle category.
