Class of 2019 Yard Signs

This is very last minute and we need to act quickly!  We are excited to offer Class of 2019 yard signs for $20.00 with delivery on June 3rd.

If you are interested, please fill out the form below and send it into the main office in an envelope labeled PTSA.

Orders MUST be received by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 22nd...NO EXCEPTIONS!!! (You might want to confirm that your senior turned it in before then!)

Senior Letter

The Senior Letter contains information about graduation and all the surrounding events such as prom, senior exams, senior assembly/bbq, baccalaureate, senior awards night and more.  

Important Dates:

May 11 – Senior Prom at the Dulles Hilton: 8 PM until midnight at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport Hotel in Herndon. Learn more about tickets and guest forms.

June 3 – Senior Meeting and Senior BBQ/Social 11:45 AM – 2:55 PM   Seniors who ride the bus to school will report to the Library until 11:30 AM. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

June 4 – Graduation Rehearsal #1 1:15 – 2:50 PM, Westfield HS Gymnasium, ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY.

June 5 – Graduation Rehearsal #2 1:00 – 3:00 PM, Westfield HS Gymnasium, ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

June 5 – Senior Awards 7 pm in the Auditorium. This program is an awards ceremony honoring the outstanding students of the Class of 2019. All are welcome to attend. Those receiving an award will be sent an invitation. Appropriate dress is required.

June 6 – Graduation at Eagle Bank Arena 7:30 PM , George Mason University, 4500 Patriot Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030 (Arena map) Graduating seniors should plan to arrive at EagleBank Arena at 6:00 PM; guests can begin entering the arena at 6:30 PM. Learn more about graduation, including obligations before graduation, rehearsals, General Graduation Information for Parents/Guardians, Special Instructions to Seniors.

The Superintendent’s office recently approved two additional cords:

In consideration of the tenets of the Eagle Scout requirements and strong commitment to character, service and leadership, this red, white, and blue cord is allowed for this graduation season. The corresponding “Gold Award” cord for Girl Scouts is also added for our female graduates. The Girl Scouts cord is green and white. These cords can be obtained by the students through the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts organizations

June 6/7 – All-Night Grad Party at Uptown Alley and Autobahn Indoor Speedway Go to the All Night Grad Party site for more information and to register.
